Serve Home Cleaning ("Serve," "we," "us") provides residential cleaning services in the Greater Boston area. This policy explains what information we collect through servecleaning.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

Information you give us

When you request a quote or book a cleaning, we collect the details you enter into our booking form:

• Your name, email address, and phone number
• Your service address, unit or apartment number, and ZIP code
• Details about your home and the service you want — number of bedrooms and bathrooms, cleaning type, condition, frequency, add-ons, and preferred timing
• Any notes you choose to write in the free-text field, such as parking instructions, entry instructions, or whether you have pets

If you join our waitlist or request a custom quote, we collect your email address and, optionally, your phone number.

Information collected automatically

We keep our site deliberately light. We do not use cookies, advertising pixels, or third-party analytics services. We do record, alongside your form submission, the page you submitted from and any campaign tag or UTM parameter in the link you arrived through, so we know which flyer, mailer, or referral brought you to us.

To carry that campaign tag with you, our site stores it in your browser's local storage for up to 30 days. That is what lets us tell that a booking came from a card you scanned last week rather than from a search. It stays on your device, it holds a campaign tag and not your name or contact details, and it is never used to track you across other websites. You can clear it at any time in your browser's settings.

Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts. Google receives your IP address as part of serving those font files. We do not send Google any information you enter into our forms.

How we use your information

• To prepare your quote and schedule, perform, and follow up on your cleaning
• To contact you about your booking by email, phone, or text message
• To send promotional messages, only if you have separately opted in to receive them
• To understand which marketing channels bring us customers
• To keep records required for accounting, insurance, and legal compliance

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not rent or trade it for anyone else's marketing.

Text Messaging (SMS)

Serve collects mobile phone numbers from customers who request a quote, book a service, or otherwise affirmatively opt in to receive text messages from us.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties for any purpose.

We share limited information with subcontractors who perform support services on our behalf — the cleaning professional assigned to your job, and our scheduling, messaging, and payment providers — solely to deliver the service you requested. These parties are prohibited from using your information for their own marketing.

You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at management@servecos.com or (617) 804-7201.

Who we share information with

We share only what is needed to deliver your service, and only with:

• The cleaning professional assigned to your job — your name, address, entry and parking notes, and home details
• Service providers that run our booking, scheduling, messaging, and payment systems — acting on our instructions only
• Authorities or advisors — where we are required by law, or to establish or defend a legal claim

We do not share your information with anyone for their own marketing purposes.

How we store and protect information

Booking details are stored in access-controlled business systems, and only people who need the information to run Serve can see it. Submissions travel to our systems over an encrypted connection. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we keep the number of places your information lives deliberately small.

How long we keep it

We keep booking records for as long as you are a customer and afterward as needed for accounting, insurance, and legal obligations. Records of text messaging consent are kept for as long as we may send you messages, and afterward as proof that consent was given.

Your choices

• Text messages: reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help
• Email: reply to any message from us and ask to be removed
• Access, correction, or deletion: contact us and we will act on your request, subject to records we are required to keep

Consenting to text messages is never a condition of booking a cleaning with us.

Children

Our services are directed to adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes to how we use your information will be communicated directly where we are able to.
