Serve Cleaning Notifications

Program description

By opting in, you agree to receive text messages from Serve related to your cleaning service, including booking confirmations, appointment reminders, cleaner arrival notifications, schedule changes, service completion notices, and payment receipts. If you separately opt in to promotional messages, you will also receive occasional offers, rebooking reminders, and referral invitations.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on your booking activity. You will typically receive 2–6 messages per scheduled cleaning. Promotional messages, if you have opted in, are limited to 4 per month.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Serve does not charge for text messages; charges are determined by your mobile carrier.

Opt-out

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts from Serve. You will receive one confirmation message and no further texts. Opting out of text messages does not cancel your cleaning service — contact us directly to change or cancel a booking.
