What's included in a Serve clean

Three services, written down in full. Nothing decided at the door.

50% off

First Clean with Serve

Your first time with us, or any home that hasn't had a deep clean in a while.

  • Every room taken back to baseline — this is the reset recurring visits maintain
  • Baseboards, door frames, and switch plates wiped down
  • Shower glass, grout, and tile detailed
  • Behind and under anything that moves
Typical range, single level
$50 off visits 2–4

Recurring

Homes already at baseline that you want kept there — weekly, biweekly, or monthly.

  • Kitchen and bathrooms fully reset every visit
  • Floors vacuumed and mopped throughout
  • Same cleaner whenever scheduling allows
  • Linen changes included at no charge
Typical range, single level, per visit
Empty homes

Move In / Move Out

Empty homes — moving in, moving out, listing a property, or preparing a family home for its next chapter.

  • Inside the fridge, oven, and every cabinet and drawer
  • Interior windows, sills, and tracks
  • Baseboards, closets, and shelving throughout
  • Priced for an empty unit — no furniture to work around
Typical range, single level

In every Serve clean

True of all three services, so it never appears as a line item.

Add-ons, à la carte

Toggles on the quote form, priced before you book. Fridge and oven interiors are already included in a move-in / move-out clean.

Not included in any clean

Published deliberately. A scope people can read is what stops a job being renegotiated on the doorstep.

Run into one of these? Tell us in the notes box and we'll quote it separately.

Room by room

The full task list, side by side. Collapsed because nobody picks a cleaner by reading a grid — but it is here when you want it.
